How do you get to Stone Town Library?
You have to do a quest to get in there: the Queen in Stone Town will ask you to find a book. You’ll be directed to the library and, finding that closed, you’ll go to the tavern to find the librarian. The monkey is upstairs near the librarian.

Where is Stone Town in Zafaria?
Stone Town is a location in Zafaria and to enter it you must have completed the world of Celestia as well as Savannah and Zamunda Outskirts (also in Zafaria). There is no other way to enter it unless you use a friend, that has completed the above, to teleport you there.
