INFORMATION ON TEESSIDE PARK. The Park was built by Teesside Development Corporation following the demise of the original developers at a cost of £80 million. It was opened by Frank Bruno on 19th October 1991 and was subsequently sold to the British Land Company in June 1992 for £22 million.
